Great location - very central to everything one may want to explore whilst in Hoi An. Received room upgrade and was able to check in with early. Rooms had everything we needed for a short stay.

This hotel is an oasis in a wonderful location close to the town centre. It is a lovely old regal hotel with meticulously cared for gardens, a beautiful pool, and a gorgeous lobby with a nice gift shop. The room was spacious and had a lovely big balcony overlooking the pool. We asked for an extra bed for our daughter and it fitted perfectly and was still spacious. The rooms were very clean. We had a problem with the air conditioner and it was fixed immediately. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our daughters birthday and they must have seen from her passport and organised lovely flowers and card delivered to our room. I hope to stay here again one day.

Helpful staff, great pool and an amazing room with good AC and a nice shower etc. The location was perfect for getting into the old town.

Beautiful centrally located hotel. Rooms are clean and all you need for a short stay in Hoi An. Bed was a little too firm so staff added mattress pad to the bed. Otherwise breakfast was plentiful and loads of variety. Staff are very friendly.

We loved overall, it is close to everything and within walking distance (12 minutes or less) from anywhere in the city, market, river, etc The most important part was the great service provided by the staff, we wanted late checkout and we talked to them beforehand but they said they are fully booked on our checkout day which is understood. We booked an extra night to ensure we have access to the room in the afternoon but we didn’t need it and the staff actually did a lot of effort to cancel our night that we don’t red anymore then changed our payment to pay 1 night less They didn’t have to do that at all so we really appreciate the extra mile

The hotel grounds have a resort feel—lovely, green, and peaceful, set back from the busy main road. The breakfast buffet was especially good with a variety of Western and Asian options, including eggs to order. The pool was clean, refreshing and had plenty of shaded poolside loungers. A small gym had the basics for cardio and light weights workout. Many old town restaurants and shops are walking distance from the hotel. We also used their free bicycles to explore a little further and ride along the river. The hotel’s amenities and attentive staff made for an enjoyable four days in Hoi An.

Great location, just outside the old town so not noisy but easily walkable. Nice breakfasts. Good range and really friendly staff on breakfast duty. Pool not very big but good for lengths and not busy (tho’ we were there in rainy season)

The hotel grounds were exceptional for being in the historic Hoi An area. The location was so convenient to shops, cafes, and attractions. It was a bonus to be provided with free daily bike rentals during our visit as it was beautiful to see the ancient town on bikes. The special breakfast station with local breakfast prepared by the chef was also very good.
